The Arduino circuit board, breadboard, and software are technologies that act as a gateway to a more expansive world of coding and programming.
The Arduino is able to do a lot of things with the materials provided in the starter kit. Many of the projects we completed involved buttons or sensors as an input to light an LED or make a motor turn. With each build, we were able to accomplish different objectives, increasing in complexity as we went on.

In this unit I learned a lot, a) I am not bad at the coding and building like I expected to be, b) this is really fun, and c) I started to understand what each line of code meant and did, as well as where that line correlated to the buttons or LED's on the breadboard. Once I got to understanding the code, it made it much easier to figure out what was wrong, since most of my errors were typos, or the constants weren't accurate to my environment, and weren't big issues that I messed up in the code.
